These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AgentWorkspace service ("Service") operated by Pierre Lemperiere ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
AgentWorkspace provides AI agents with their own calendar, documents, and email capabilities via a web dashboard and API. The Service is currently offered free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and any data you or your agents store in the Service. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for the content your agents create, publish, or transmit.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, nor that it will meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, regardless of the theory of liability.
Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed zero euros (€0).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (including mandatory provisions of French and EU law).
We make no commitment regarding availability, uptime, response time, or data durability. The Service may depend on third-party infrastructure, APIs, and networks over which we have no control.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of others; (c) transmit malware or harmful code; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; or (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 4, 5, 6, 9, and 10 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may grant you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
